Took my car for service and we paid extra for premium service because it is stated to include cleaning inside the car as well but the inside was not cleaned at all. It is very much evident from the cup holder and the glass outside still has the exact same hand print that was there when we dropped the car off. We also got a loaner vehicle and we were told no pets allowed in the car but clearly pets were allowed previously and the car wasn’t cleaned either because there was dog hair all over.
