My experience at the dealership has been questionable to say the least. As far as the service that was just, I was told everything was addressed. That’s all I really have to say

I recently brought my Mercedes R350 to Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown for a front brake service along with a full vehicle inspection. The service advisor informed me that the brakes were within spec and didn’t need replacement, and recommended several other services including an engine air filter replacement, which I approved. The visit itself went smoothly and I drove off satisfied — however, about a week or so later a check engine light appeared. Great dealership and the service team is the best. Every time I’ve come it they have went about and beyond in making my feel like I’m getting the best experience possible.
I had a covered warranty part go out and they were honest about my service issue and didn't try to upsell addtl services aggressively. Had my car back in a timely manner and even though the uber service was a mess being brought back, that wasn't their fault and I was grateful for the complementary rides home and back.
Took my car in and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but they were great. Staff was friendly without being over the top about it, got me taken care of without a lot of back and forth, and I didn’t feel like I was just being shuffled through. Great experience overall I’ll be going back.

Working with Charles was a breeze and we landed on a solid deal on both our purchase and trade-in. We’re very happy with our new GLE!
We had a little hiccup in the F&I department as they kept us waiting more than once, but ultimately Erica got us financed with a low rate and fair pricing on most of the add-ons. Be weary, the ResistAll add-on is nothing more than a spray on paint sealant put on with little to no prep - calling it a ceramic coating is a bit disingenuous.

MB of Georgetown provides quality and professional service. The Sprinter service team has always taken care of me and at a fair price!
Osmary Gonzales was excellent, she gets 5 stars. On the other hand my glb250 has had the same issue with the ac blower making a loud noise on high. The service department did some sealant work to stop it and yet it still continues. This was the 4th time since 2022 that I have had to bring in.
Drew Mackenzie did a great job explaining the Service B nature of work, expected timeline and following through on the appointment outcome. Pleased to work with him on my GLC service.
The service is good. The prices to fix your car can be expensive. Jarrod is very kind

The team were super helpful. I brought my car in for maintenance and was able to stay in the dealership while it was getting service. Was able to work and wait until everything was completed.

Service was professional and price was great! The lounge was well stocked with snacks and beverages.
I was disappointed with myself, man and retrospect. I would’ve just asked for somebody different. However, the rest of the staff was very kind, curious and respectful.
Jeffery found our car in Tennessee. And had it sent fast! The rest is history.
Bought my wife a 2024 GLE53 AMG there. We have it in twice for service twice. Tom has been amazing both times….very attentive to our needs with the car and his professionalism is beyond reproach!!! I would highly recommend both him & the dealership with any and all your needs when it comes to your Mercedes Benz !!!!!

I found the car I was interested in online. I contacted the dealership and reached Carlos Fuentes. I told him about the car and the type of deal I was looking for. He immediately came back with confirmation the car was available and a draft of a proposed lease. I was traveling to the Georgetown area so I stopped in and completed the sale in a few hours. The car was serviced and I drove it out that evening. It was a pleasure doing business with Carlos and an efficient use of my time.
Got in and out ahead of schedule. Drew kept me updated along the way. Car was washed and ready when I arrived.

My search for a new Mercedes-Benz began in late October, 2025, and my salesman - Charles Griffin, worked hard to ensure that I would find my dream car. Mr. Griffin is a pleasure to work with, as are the other customer-facing associates who were involved in my purchase process.

I received inconsistent information regarding diagnosis of problems. Ultimately the service department reloaded software that seems to have corrected two issues. Two other issues were caused by the factory when assembling the vehicle. Those were repaired. I’ve owned five Mercedes and from my experience the quality on certain models is not up to prior standards. The vehicle is a SUV that is assembled in America, so I shouldn’t be surprised about factory assembly issues.
I was in from out of town and Ryan at the service desk got my problem assessed and issue resolved in one day so I could get back on the road to head home.

I recently entered into another lease agreement with Mercedes-Benz, and the entire experience was exceptional. The process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations.
I was told that they would pick up my car in austin and provide service and I did sign all the documents including the one that said I would have the liability along with providing used gas or be charged. They could not deliver on their promise to return my card so i had to go pick it up and I told the service rep(Grant) that I put gas in the car to cover gas used.He sold me he would not charge me. Service department is horrible. I have a $150k Mercedes, under warranty that has been in numerous times. I have had to fight them over what is covered under warranty. The most recent case, they charged me $1300 just to diagnose the problem. They take weeks to fix the problem and I still ended up with a $3000 bill to fix 2 leaks, and the car was in the shop last time for another leak. You can forget escalating to Mercedes executives as they are the least responsive customer service group I have ever encountered. Save yourself the headaches…..buy another brand somewhere else!
Arrived for service A today. My service Rep, Kayle was wonderful. She explained the process and options for the service. I waited for work to be done. Work was completed in the time she told me!! Awesome service Rep. Very satisfied with the work!!
You have to go far these days to find a dealer that you can trust to repair your car. Not just parts changers. The dealer made sure my vehicle was in top notch working order before they released it to me. If your vehicle is under warranty I would give these folks a try.
