I had a covered warranty part go out and they were honest about my service issue and didn't try to upsell addtl services aggressively. Had my car back in a timely manner and even though the uber service was a mess being brought back, that wasn't their fault and I was grateful for the complementary rides home and back.
Took my car in and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but they were great. Staff was friendly without being over the top about it, got me taken care of without a lot of back and forth, and I didn’t feel like I was just being shuffled through. Great experience overall I’ll be going back.

Be weary, the ResistAll add-on is nothing more than a spray on paint sealant put on with little to no prep - calling it a ceramic coating is a bit disingenuous.
