Took my car for service and we paid extra for premium service because it is stated to include cleaning inside the car as well but the inside was not cleaned at all. It is very much evident from the cup holder and the glass outside still has the exact same hand print that was there when we dropped the car off. We also got a loaner vehicle and we were told no pets allowed in the car but clearly pets were allowed previously and the car wasn’t cleaned either because there was dog hair all over. We noticed the hair right as our child who is allergic to dogs started having a reaction. This is the same disappointing service we received a year ago when we ended up buying our vehicle from a location that was an hour away instead of this one that was way closer.

Made an appointment everything went well got a loaner no problems there. Sarah was on top of things when I came in for my first service at 10,000 miles. The gentleman that delivered my car back to my home was very pleasant. Really couldn’t ask for anything more.
