If you are looking for powerful engines, the brand-new Mercedes-Benz S-Class delivers. The base engine is a 6-cylinder that produces 429 horsepower and 384 lb ft of torque. The optional engine is a V8 that produces 496 horsepower and 516 lb ft of torque. Both setups are equipped with 4MATIC® AWD, a 9-speed auto, and EQ Boost. EQ Boost is a mild hybrid technology system that gives an extra 21 horsepower and 184 lb ft of torque to either engine.
The all-new S-Class comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, air suspension, exterior LED lighting, and more. It is when you slip inside that the S-Class truly starts to impress. Leather seats (that heat, ventilate, and massage you), a panoramic sunroof, two 12in. displays, 6 USB-C ports, and a Burmeister stereo are all standard equipped features. Nappa leather upholstery, a Burmeister 4D sound system, 20-inch alloy wheels, and a heated steering wheel are just a few of the upgrades available.
As good as all that is in the 2021 S-Class, the tech takes it to new places. Tech like adaptive cruise, auto emergency braking, and traffic sign assist are standard equipped. There’s also a new Mercedes-Benz User Experience with Voice Control and 50% more computing power. The upgrades list is quite impressive with features like an available three-dimensional instrument cluster, interactive interior lighting, a Comfort health and wellness system, and an Augmented Reality HUD.

Took my car for service and we paid extra for premium service because it is stated to include cleaning inside the car as well but the inside was not cleaned at all. It is very much evident from the cup holder and the glass outside still has the exact same hand print that was there when we dropped the car off. We also got a loaner vehicle and we were told no pets allowed in the car but clearly pets were allowed previously and the car wasn’t cleaned either because there was dog hair all over. We noticed the hair right as our child who is allergic to dogs started having a reaction. This is the same disappointing service we received a year ago when we ended up buying our vehicle from a location that was an hour away instead of this one that was way closer.

Made an appointment everything went well got a loaner no problems there. Sarah was on top of things when I came in for my first service at 10,000 miles. The gentleman that delivered my car back to my home was very pleasant. Really couldn’t ask for anything more.
